Each summer, Conlin Properties provides over 2500 tenants and their children an opportunity to spend the day at Adventureland Park in Altoona.

Conlin Properties 2009 Holiday Season "Shed Those Pounds" employee food drive netted over 1,000 pounds in food donations for Des Moines area families in need.
