On-Site Property Manager

 There are currently no HOA Manager positions open.

 Conlin Properties is always looking for talented candidates.  Individual who fills the property management position will live on-site at one of the organization's residential housing properties. Will work with tenants on day-to-day issues such as rent and fee collections; maintenance and housing upkeep issues; as well as basic customer service and tenant retention issues. Manages support staff which may include: maintenance, leasing, and housekeeping personnel. Responsible for attaining high occupancy and tenant satisfaction levels. Will perform various marketing activities and may be responsible for showing units to potential tenants. Processes paperwork and performs administrative functions according to housing and corporate guidelines and standards.

Qualified candidates will have experience in Residential Property Management, Real Estate, or Leasing (Housing) fields. Four year degree is desired but not required. Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and computer skills are required. A high level of professionalism is expected in individual who fills this position.
